Important: These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the services offered by Disiros (“we”, “us”, “Provider”) through our store at [https://disiros.com/ (the “Site” or “Store”). By purchasing, accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- Services — any boosting, coaching, account services, bot lobbies, matchmaking, or related digital services sold by Disiros (“Boosting Services”).
- Customer / You — the person or entity purchasing or using Services.
- Third-party platform / Game — any game publisher, developer, or service (e.g., Steam, Riot, Blizzard, etc.) where Services are applied.
2. Scope of Services
We provide digital Services as listed on the Store. Exact deliverables, timing, and price are those shown in your order confirmation. Any descriptions, screenshots, or examples are illustrative and may not guarantee identical results.
3. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction to enter a binding contract).
- You have authority to use any accounts you supply and to permit us to act in connection with those accounts.
- Use of the Services will not violate any applicable laws or third-party terms of service.
4. Risk Acknowledgement & Assumption
You acknowledge the following risks and accept them:
- Using Boosting Services (including bot lobbies) may violate the Terms of Service or rules of the relevant Third-party platform or Game and may result in sanctions against accounts (temporary suspension, permanent ban, loss of items, etc.).
- We do not guarantee that a Game account will remain in its current state or that it will not receive punitive action from a Game or platform.
By purchasing Services, you assume all such risks and agree that Disiros is not responsible for losses resulting from platform or account sanctions.
5. Account Access & Credentials
- If Services require access to your game account, you must provide accurate credentials in the method we request. You may be asked to temporarily share access; you remain responsible for any consequences to your account.
- Do not share access through or with any method that violates the Game’s terms if you want to avoid the risk of a ban. We are not responsible for consequences of sharing credentials.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Commit fraud, harassment, cheating in a manner intended to defraud or harm others, or otherwise engage in illegal activity.
- Evade law enforcement, harm minors, or distribute malware.
- Misrepresent your identity or mislead third parties about the origin of the Services.
If we reasonably believe you use Services for prohibited purposes, we may suspend or terminate Services and refuse future orders without refund.
7. Orders, Payment & Taxes
- Orders are effective when we send an order confirmation. Payment must be received in full before Services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All fees are non‑refundable except as stated in Section 8.
- You are responsible for any taxes (sales, VAT, GST, etc.) associated with the purchase.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refund eligibility depends on the service type and any guarantees you purchased. Standard policy: once a Service has started (including bot lobbies created, account access used, or work begun) it is non‑refundable unless we materially fail to deliver as described.
- Chargebacks without prior contact with us may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of Services and access to the Store.
- Disputes should be raised via disiros@disiros.com within 7 days of the incident with evidence. We will investigate and respond.
9. Service Modifications & Delays
- We may modify Service features, scheduling, or approach when necessary. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (including third‑party platform actions, outages, or bans).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, safety concerns, or violations).
10. No Guarantee of Results
We aim to provide Services professionally, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes (rank increases, safety from detection, or immunity from bans). Any “guarantees” shown on the Store are subject to strict terms and may require the Customer to fulfill responsibilities (e.g., not logging in, following instructions).
11. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Store (design, text, logos) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse our intellectual property without permission.
- You grant us a limited license to use any materials you provide (screenshots, account info) solely to provide Services.
12. Confidentiality & Data
- We will treat account credentials and personal data as confidential and use them only to deliver Services. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You accept the risk of transmitting credentials.
- Our privacy practices are described in the [Privacy Policy link]. By using our Services you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.
13. Warranties & Disclaimers
- No Warranty: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
- We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted or error‑free, or that any results will be achieved.
14. Limitation of Liability
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
- WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR YOUR USE OF A THIRD‑PARTY PLATFORM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Disiros and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, suit, loss, damages, liability and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Your use of Services in violation of a Game’s or platform’s rules;
- Your violation of any rights of a third party.
16. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to Services immediately for breach, suspected fraud, or illegal activity. Termination does not waive our right to seek damages or remedies.
17. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country]. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City/Region], unless otherwise required by law.
- Before initiating legal action, parties agree to attempt good‑faith negotiation. (Optional: include arbitration clause if you prefer.)
18. Changes to Terms

19. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order confirmations, form the entire agreement between you and Disiros.
